Jungpflanzen in Kokosquelltabs- Wie geht es weiter?

Young plants in coconut tablets - what happens next?

Instructions for handling small plants in coco growing tablets in our CapillaGrow systems

1. Preparation of the coconut tablets:
- Place the coconut swelling tabs in your CapillaGrow system. Within a few minutes, the tabs will automatically fill up with aquarium water and remain permanently moist.

2. Planting the seeds:
- Place one or more seeds into the swollen tabs. Make sure the seeds are lightly covered with the coconut material.
- Thanks to the CapillaGrow system, no additional watering or spraying is required. The capillary system continuously ensures the ideal moisture supply to the tabs.

3. Germination and first care:
- As soon as the seeds germinate and the first leaves appear, you can watch the young plants develop. The CapillaGrow system keeps the humidity constant and thus creates optimal conditions for growth.

4. Transplanting the young plants:
- When the plants are large enough and have developed stable roots, they can be transplanted into larger containers or into one of our capillary planters.

Transplanting into a larger pot with soil:
1. Prepare the new pot by making sure the soil is well aerated and nutrient-rich.
2. Dig a hole large enough to accommodate the coco tablet.
3. Place the entire tab with the plant into the hole and cover it lightly with soil so that the plant is stable.
4. Gently press the soil down to ensure the plant is firmly in place.
5. Water the plants thoroughly immediately after transplanting to encourage rooting.

Transplanting into a capillary planter from Aquarium Garden:
1. Choose the right planter from our range, such as the CapillaPonic planters, which are especially suitable for flowers and similar plants.
2. Place the coconut tablet with the plant in the planter and make sure that the roots are well anchored in the substrate.
3. Fill the plant pot with the appropriate substrate and press it down lightly.
4. Place the plant pot in the capillary system so that the plants continue to receive optimal water supply.

5. Long-term care:
- Monitor plants regularly for signs of pests or diseases.
- Make sure plants have enough room to grow and are transplanted into larger containers if necessary.

With our CapillaGrow systems and capillary planters from Aquariengarten, you can ensure that your plants grow and thrive in the coconut swelling tabs. After a successful start in the CapillaGrow system, the plants can easily be moved to one of our other capillary systems, such as the CapillaPonic planters for flowers. In this way, we offer you a comprehensive solution for healthy plant growth - from germination to the fully grown plant. Good luck with your gardening!
